Description of Incident:
P.O. Edwards calls Susan Hughes and she arrives at the station. In spite of the fact that my wife never accused me of child abuse or gave anyone any report of this, verbal or documented, and I already reported three incidents of child abuse or behavior that put my children in danger. Susan Hughes, P.O.’s Edwards and Lupinski came up with a safety plan for my wife. Edward’s states in his report that Jurema Laboy reported verbal incidents only. They also discussed the possibility of my wife going to family court to obtain an order of protection and custody. They all ignore my previous reports of abuse and false allegations and help my wife go into hiding. CPS and Goshen PD are led to believe that my wife will be staying at the Micro Suites Hotel in Wallkill, NY. My wife never went there. She fled and went into hiding in the Bronx, three counties away. I found them 49 hours later in the Bronx. 37 hours over the New York State Penal Law requirement for kidnapping. Jurema Laboy later admitted that she went into hiding for two days (florida-petition-for-injunction-p-2.jpg) and she states in multiple sworn written documents that Tishin Padilla is delusional, paranoid and has a mental illness. Tishin Padilla has no history of a mental illness.

I BELIEVE THAT FROM THIS POINT ON THIS WAS A KIDNAPPING. EVERYONE INVOLVED FROM THIS POINT ON AIDED JUREMA LABOY IN THE KIDNAPPING. THIS IS WHY THEY DID NOT ACT ON MY EVIDENCE. THIS IS WHY THEY IGNORE MY EVIDENCE. WHETHER IT’S ON PURPOSE OR INADVERTENTLY, THEY CONSPIRE WITH JUREMA LABOY TO COVER THIS UP BECAUSE KIDNAPPING COMES WITH A LIFE SENTENCE AND THEY WERE ALL NOW PARTIES TO THE CRIMES.
