Jurema then refuses to inform the father on how to care for the son who was sick at the time and had been taken to a doctor by Mrs. Padilla. The father stays in communication with the wife trying to de-escalate the situation and obtain the doctor’s instructions. After hours of phone conversations, Jurema eventually calms down and shares the instructions. The father returns home the next morning with the children. Jurema Padilla via Joe Parson, then serves the father with an order to show cause as a result of her petition for custody.
